Thank you for a wonderful stay! Everything was wonderful. The breakfasts were particularly tasty and delicious. So comfortable here! (and clean). Now that we know you are so close to where our family lives, we will be back! Thank ya Again!    

Even beyond the awesome breakfasts and pillow chocolates were the great table conversations, funny, rich, political, comic and the entire spectrum of new people making new friends. Thanks Roselea and Joe, for the great hospitality and the absolute pleasure of your smiling faces over coffee.    

My daughter is getting Married today! I raised my family in B'ville but after divorcing, moved back 'home' to Rochester. I have lived away for 10 years, so things have changed a bit. One of the nicest changes is this establishment. I cannot think of a nicer way to relax before this big day than staying here. We had coffee outside and a stroll through the gardens, a breakfast extraordinaire, it has been wonderful.    

Our stay was very enjoyable. Meticulous attention to detail. With our reservation, we did not expect a four star restaurant! Terrific food!    

I had a wedding out of town and this was a last minute decision. Your B&B popped up and with my moms name being Rose and dad's name George (Passed away April 5th 2019) I thought it was meant to be. We decided to go for the entire weekend. You had availability; you have truly blessed us. Thank you for sharing your little piece of "Heaven" with us, for making us feel so welcome and cared for. Your home is beautiful and just what I needed. In the craziness of life it was a blessing to come here. It was so peaceful and quiet. The food was delicious, I thank you again for opening your home to us.
