We had a lovely stay. The accommodations were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

Something that touched my heart: + Joe and Roselea's Hospitality. + The kindness of Syracuse fans. Something Good: + Snacks, treats, and breakfast at The Roselea. + The Isabel room is awesome. + Beauty of the Finger Lakes + Adirondacks. Something Funny: Coming all the way to Syracuse to watch Clemson lose and somehow have a blast. Lesson Learned: A #2 ranked Clemson team can lose to an unranked Syracuse team. + Tell your spouse about a different gorge hike before climbing all the stairs in Watkins Glen State Park. Challenges: Seeing everything cool in Upstate NY. Thoughts for the day: Beautiful drive from Syracuse to Geneva and to Watkins Glen State Park along the Finger Lakes wine country. (SO MANY WINERIES!!! SO MANY STEPS!!!), nice drive back through Amish country to Seneca Falls, and back to Syracuse. Yummy pie snacks at The Roselea, interesting dinner theatre (Montana Smith and the Curse of the Golden Crocodile) by ACME MYSTERY COMPANY at the Syracuse Spaghetti Warehouse. Next day, after an awesome breakfast, cool trip to Erie Canal Museum. Back to The Roselea for snacks, pie and a nap, crazy night at the Syracuse/Clemson football game (HOW DID WE LOSE?). Following day after an awesome breakfast again, an Erie Canal cruise in Herkimer, then a drive to Old Forge in Adirondacks to see the beautiful fall foliage, then a pizza dinner from Sal's. Last day, breakfast to go from our awesome hosts, flying back home - can't wait to come back! Felt like home - BETTER THAN HOME!!!

LaborDay morning and we are full with the great breakfast we have just eaten. Always enjoying the morning meal here!! We did not plan to stay overnight but my wife and I were both tired so we chose to stay here rather then drive to Buffalo. Since we have stayed here many times in the past and were blessed that there was a room available, we decided to stay for the night. As always Roselea and Joe made our stay special!! Great hosts!! Great Friends!! They were made to have a B&B!! Thank you, Roselea & Joe for a clean, restful and blessed stay!! Our first choice always!!

First time stay here and would happily come back again. The food was delicious and the hospitality was even better. The home is beautiful inside and out and it is obvious that Joe and Roselea enjoy running the B&B. Will give high recommendations for others and we hope to return sometime in the future.
