Such an amazing getaway. We are from B'ville & wanted a peaceful getaway for our anniversary. We have 3 young boys & just needed a night away to relax. Roselea & Joe were the most gracious hosts. Sitting on the back deck this morning for breakfast was the most relaxed we've been in years. It was a memory we will cherish. We cannot wait to tell our friends & come back such a beautiful adventure.    

Our stay here was meant to be. It is our anniversary today and we had got so caught up with work and life we hadn't made arrangements for our a getaway. We googled B&B's in our area, since we live closely to Fulton, NY and found this place. We were so happy with our stay, cozy, comfortable and perfect serine location. After a long week at work the hot tub spa was so refreshing and soothing to our aching muscles. Roselea and Joe were hospitable and great cooks. Breakfast was delicious - love homemade cooking. We will highly recommend your place to other friends who travel and we will be back to relax more in the future. What a nice touch you both give. Everything thought of, to make it an enjoyable stay. My daughter is a senior at Syracuse and I'm just sorry, not to have found The Roselea sooner! The attention to detail is wonderful - the extension cords with multiple plugs, water and snacks were stocked, and bathroom supplies. This is a peaceful respite from the bustle and noise of the university area. I've already booked for the graduation in May! Hopefully I'll remember my suit for the spa!! Thanks again!    

The house is so beautifully appointed and so welcoming. The hospitality that was provided is the reason folks keep coming back. I felt right at home and started each day refreshed! I certainly want to visit again.    

Roselea and Joe, I have been traveling here to visit my parents family since the 1980's. This was my first stay at your B&B and I can't thank you enough for your hospitality. Coming "home" after missing 2 years of of visits (COVID) was the most relaxing and enjoyable experience I've had - no more hotels! Thank you for 3 nights of serenity.
