Our stay here was meant to be. It is our anniversary today and we had got so caught up with work and life we hadn't made arrangements for our a getaway. We googled B&B's in our area, since we live closely to Fulton, NY and found this place. We were so happy with our stay, cozy, comfortable and perfect serine location. After a long week at work the hot tub spa was so refreshing and soothing to our aching muscles. Roselea and Joe were hospitable and great cooks. Breakfast was delicious - love homemade cooking. We will highly recommend your place to other friends who travel and we will be back to relax more in the future. What a nice touch you both give. Everything thought of, to make it an enjoyable stay. The way Roselea showed us around the house and made us feel welcomed touched my heart. This place reminded me of home and made me miss it and remember my responsibilities there. This place has mad snacks. :) l was able to relax and enjoy myself and just frankly not worry, I wasn't sure if we were talking too loud, or if the television was to loud, just because our neighbor(s) are so close, because we like to stay up late. But, I was assured the room has insulated walls. Time flies way fast, faster than I ever want to admit, so thank you both.    

We were here for our son's graduation at Syracuse University. You squeezed us in at short notice and made us very welcome. Great breakfast and friendly conversation. Well worth the visit. Thank you.
