Thank you for the superbly well-equipped & comfortable room, the hospitality of your home and the large, delicious breakfasts. Special appreciation for your directions, when we were lost in the Radisson development! How thoughtful were the snacks! My favourite: grapes & cheese & raspberry-chocolate sticks.    

This is our second stay at the Roselea and it was just as wonderful! We enjoyed 4 nights with Roselea and Joe! We had our 17 year old son with us the first two nights and were solo the second two. Our older son is a SUNY Oswego and we couldn't imagine staying anywhere else now!    

Our stay here was meant to be. It is our anniversary today and we had got so caught up with work and life we hadn't made arrangements for our a getaway. We googled B&B's in our area, since we live closely to Fulton, NY and found this place. We were so happy with our stay, cozy, comfortable and perfect serine location. After a long week at work the hot tub spa was so refreshing and soothing to our aching muscles. Roselea and Joe were hospitable and great cooks. Breakfast was delicious - love homemade cooking. We will highly recommend your place to other friends who travel and we will be back to relax more in the future. What a nice touch you both give. Everything thought of, to make it an enjoyable stay.
