What People Say...

Some comments from people who have stayed with us:

  • Angie, Lee and Emma from Astoria, NY 12-MAY-2019 Kaitlyn Room
Something that touched my my heart: What a loving family place to stay - so welcoming :). Something Good: The super delicious breakfasts (especially my crisp hash brown.) Something Funny: Found out that Roselea and my daughter went to SUNY Potsdam. Lesson Learned: Not my family's 1st time but mine staying at a B&B. Challenges: Driving up from NYC very late to attend our son's graduation at ESF. Thoughts for the day: I hope to come back to stay often because Roselea and Joe are so lovely and made us feel so welcomed. Loved everything about their place.
  • Bill and Ginny from CT 23-SEP-2017 Isabel Room
What a special place! Unfortunately we arrived late due to family commitments. Roselea and Joe were so hospitable. We had a lovely breakfast and we slept like logs. I enjoyed using my graphite journal in the cozy rocker, before my spa like shower. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Something that touched my heart: The welcome. Something Good: Every thing was clean. Something Sweet: The food was amazing. Thoughts for the day: Today was so much fun. We visited my sister in Oswego, we went apple picking and for dinner, we went to a sushi place, then we went to a hockey game, the Lakers won 4 to 3. It was my first hockey game so it was cool.
  • Heather and Natalie from Staten Island, NY 05-OCT-2019 Kaitlyn Room
Something that touched my heart: The sweet snacks left around for us! Something Good: The food was delicious! and the house was nice and cozy. Something Funny: The nice Hershey kisses left on the pillows were sweet, but we didn't notice them & it melted on my brother's cloths. Lesson Learned: Check pillows for chocolate!!! The Roselea is a wonderful place to stay! Challenges: We loved waking up to the smell of Rose cooking. Thoughts for the day: We are going to miss staying here, but we'll definitely come back when visiting family again!

Thank you Joe and Roselea for such a wonderful long weekend! Your home is so lovely and you two are so welcoming. We were spoiled by the delicious breakfasts and we appreciated the occasional water and snack.. Your place is immaculate inside and out. We truly appreciate the time, effort, and care that you take to make a stay here so wonderful. Thank you for helping to make our son's Syracuse graduation that much more special to us. We will definitely tell others about your amazing place. Many thanks.
