Propane gas and water supply the zoned heating system in the house. A centralized forced
air conditioning system cools the main level of the house on warm summer days. Two additional
electric heat pump systems supply the guest rooms with individual room controlled heating and cooling.
A well supplies water to the house, which flows though a basement purification and water softening system.
Hot water is supplied from a central on-demand hot water heater to all showers and sinks.
All guest rooms are on the second level. The Roselea is not handicap accessible, Hand rails assist
patrons to the upper level. Each room has a fire alarm and escape ladder. Escape plans are located
on the inside of each guest room door.
The floors on the first level are hardwood and/or tile with area rugs. The guest rooms have light
colored wall-to-wall carpet, tile baths and light painted walls.
A closet by the front entry is available for outside coats and footwear.
