Behind The Roselea is a patio and curved walkway lined with beautiful gardens which display
an array of green and flowering plants. The patio area with its garden background is perfect
for small get-togethers, catered luncheons, or BBQs.
The back lawn spreads like a green carpet to the edge of the back woods. Plenty of room for
an active game of frisbee or badminton. For a slower pace, a croquet set waits near the back door.
The lawn is also a grand space for a lawn party or party tent for that special occasion.

During the winter, there is space inside for the small group
get-togethers. The great room can easily be converted to hold your
business meeting, shower or catered lunch (30 max).
Take a walk, jog or bike along Dinglehole Road and Church Road. Take the challenge and
extend your trip down Route 631 (Hencle Blvd) to Lysander park for a nice workout.

The New York State Fair straight down I-690. Be sure to take
in the many events held there. Mark your calendars for the State Fair, the last week of August each year.
